Dion Training Solutions is a CompTIA® Platinum Partner, LPI® Platinum Partner, and an Authorized Training Organization for ITIL®, PRINCE2®, and PRINCE2 Agile® certification exams.
To earn your certification, you must take and pass an official certification exam either at a designated testing center or online using the web-proctoring service. You can use an exam voucher when scheduling your exam to cover the cost of the certification exam.
Due to our large student base, we negotiated special discounted rates for your certification exam vouchers to save you money on your official certification exam
These vouchers are identical to the vouchers sold on the CompTIA and PeopleCert websites. CompTIA vouchers may be redeemed at any PearsonVue testing center worldwide or with the PearsonVue online web-proctored exams. For ITIL, PRINCE2, and PRINCE2 Agile vouchers, they can be redeemed worldwide for testing through the PeopleCert web-proctoring service.
All exam vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.Exam vouchers are non-refundable nor exchangeable.Got Questions?

When purchasing the exam voucher, you will receive a digital voucher code that can be redeemed for one certification exam testing session. These vouchers do not come with training, practice exams, or other training materials. If you need training for these exams, please visit diontraining.com for our wide selection of training (most of which comes with the exam voucher included).
Your exam voucher will expire in about 9 months from the date of purchase.
Each exam voucher has its own expiration date based on when we make our bulk purchases. Since we have such a high volume of voucher sales, our vouchers have at least 9 months before they expire when you purchase them. When your voucher is emailed to you, it will give you the exact date of expiration within that email.
Average wait time is 20 mintues from purchase
When buying a voucher, you will receive access to our online portal within 20 minutes of your purchase. If you are a first time buyer with us, you will get your login details by email shortly after purchase. If you did not get it within that time, please check your spam folder or contact support@diontraining.com for assistance.
The ITIL and PRINCE2 exam vouchers work in every country in the world using the PeopleCert’s web proctoring service.
CompTIA uses regional exam vouchers based on your location. When you select a voucher, our system will ask which country you will be testing in and provide you the correct exam voucher for your location. We currently support 42 countries for CompTIA vouchers.
