He holds several certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support, ITIL Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV), and ITIL Specialist: High Velocity IT.

Furthermore, he is an esteemed alumnus of Suez Canal University, holding a degree in Computer Science. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mazen has a penchant for travel, immersing himself in video gaming, and dedicating rigorous training exercise sessions to include benching to leg day.
