We are seeking a Production Assistant who will work with our production team to help with creating, editing, reviewing, publishing, and supporting our online courses for our students around the world. The Production Assistant will be able to use their creativity in videos and graphics. The videos you create will not only entertain, but they will be used to transform the lives of our students and help them advance in their careers. As video is our predominant training method on our online platforms, your position plays an integral role in our students (and our company`s) success. This role is part `video editor`, part `administration support`, and part `customer service agent`. Don`t worry, though, we will provide training for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Capture studio-quality on-screen content
  • Conduct all technical aspects of video editing and production
  • Work with our instructors to creatively display their curriculum
  • Regularly collaborate with the rest of our team
  • Follow our companys brand guidelines
  • Present content to the lead instructor
  • Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
  • Work independently and within production schedules

About You:

  • Creative thinking, passion, work ethic, and experience with most of the technologies listed below (required)
  • Currently hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a remote and diverse team environment

Social Media Internship

We are seeking a Social Media Assistant who will work with our Social Media Manager to help with creating, editing, reviewing, publishing, and supporting our social media content. The Social Media Assistant will be able to use their creativity in videos and graphics. The content you create will educate our audience on our brand, what we do, and how we help advance their careers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics and edit short clips videos
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective social media strategy.
  • Work with our smm to creatively display our brand
  • Regularly collaborate with the rest of our team
  • Follow our company`s brand guidelines
  • Present content to the social media manager
  • Work independently and within production schedules

Operations Assistant Internship

We are seeking an Operations Assistant who will work with our Operations team to help with various tasks such as quality-checking scripts, videos, and more. They will also assist in reviewing exam questions, performing basic research, creating reports, and more. You should be well organized, willing to learn, and be able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regularly collaborate with the rest of our team
  • Help instructors by reviewing and assist writing exam questions
  • Review and edit previously written course scripts
  • Administrative tasks (Uploading files to online courses, keeping error database updated, Word processing, spreadsheets, presentation creation/formatting)
  • Work independently
