As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated social media and graphic design assistant to help with managing our social media pages and creating dynamic content to post across all platforms.

What you will do:

  • Daily Engagement: Post interactive content on social media platforms to maintain audience engagement.
  • Content Development: Regularly create written material based on video content and events.
  • Audience Outreach: Periodically distribute promotional content to our audience.
  • Community Interaction: Manage and engage with our online communities regularly.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and align them with our brand.
  • Event Content Management: Oversee the process of editing and promoting event-related content.
  • Creative Content Creation: Continuously design and refresh visual content to keep it appealing.
  • Content Support: Assist with content creation and design tasks as needed.
  • Must be available Monday’s and Wednesdays for virtual meetings.

About you:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Social Media Experience: Basic experience with social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Video Editing: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Descript, or equivalent.
  • Graphic Design: Strong graphic design skills with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Writing Skills: Basic writing skills to craft engaging blogs from video content.
  • Trend Awareness: A good understanding of current internet trends and the ability to connect these trends to our brand.
  • AI Tool Familiarity - How to use it to streamline processes, not replace creativity. (Such as ChatGPT)
